Reconstructed Neolithic House
Beidha, Jordan

The circular floor of this dwelling was built at ground level, whereas the one on the previous page was set below ground level. Both types were found at Beidha. In this instance, the house was furnished with a pointed roof. This is all new construction, located just off-site in order to preserve the original Neolithic remains.
